This is a full-time position located in our downtown San Francisco, CA office.
DESCRIPTION
Front line customer support position handling incoming requests, solving complex problems, reporting issues, and responding quickly to Vendini customers to ensure an incredible customer experience. In addition to our customers, you'll work closely with the Vendini support team, sales team, and our award winning engineering staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reproduce bugs/issues found in production environment.
Clearly and concisely report issues into an issue tracker system.
Help with product releases and quality assurance.
Assist with merchant account integrations.
Assist with deliverables surrounding system implementation and training.
Work with Vendini customers to resolve support requests.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years experience
Positive attitude.
Fast learner, self-starter, serious problem solver.
Competent at providing a high level customer service experience with each interaction.
Brilliant troubleshooting skills.
Obsessive attention to detail.
Professional and friendly phone skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Take ownership, add massive value, and follow through.
Solid grasp of Email, MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, HTML, and Internet.
4-year college degree.
