No. Unlike other ticketing companies, we don't lock customers into long-term contracts - we're confident that you'll stick with us. Many ticketing companies today require customers to sign a multi-year contract. The ticketing industry is in a phase of rapid technological change. Locking your organization into a contract reduces your flexibility to adapt. What kind of customer support is available?

Is my patron credit card information secure?
Vendini complies with the Visa/Mastercard Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Because of our strict commitment to security, Vendini complies with the specification set forth in the Visa/Mastercard PCI DSS to ensure that your patron credit card data is not compromised.

Is my data safe?
  Vendini has invested heavily in building redundant systems that will secure your patron data and credit card information. We own the hardware. All of our servers, databases, routers, etc. are controlled by a very limited number of Vendini employees who have the credentials and authority to access specific equipment. We're hosted at a world-class facility. Our equipment is isolated and locked requiring photo ID, card key access, and fingerprint scan to gain access. More >
Be careful, some companies will host their servers in the same cabinet and maybe even on the same machine as other unrelated companies all of which may have physical and logical access to that hardware. Other companies may use a third party hosting service (hardware is owned and maintained by another company). Both of these scenarios create the potential for unauthorized access to your data. In addition, based on the PCI DSS rules, your organization may fall out of compliance and violate the terms of your credit card merchant account.

What types of venues does Vendini handle?
Our system can handle any shape or size venue and admission can be General Admission, Reserved Seating, or a mix of both. It doesn't matter how small or big.

How does the credit card processing work?
Credit card processing is instantaneous and transactions are processed in less time than it took to load this web page. You'll also have the convenience of running reports on all your cash, check, comp, and credit card transactions together from one place.

What types of payment can Vendini process?
We process Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. In addition, TicketAgent Box Office can process cash, check, and complimentary transactions.

Does Vendini charge fees to use other services offered, like the email campaign tool?
No.

Does Vendini provide the ability for me to offer discounts to patrons?
Yes. Customized coupons can be set up quickly and applied to any event. We also make it easy to manage coupons and view reports on redemption.

Can patron contact information be imported into Vendini?
Yes. If you have patron contact information in your current system, we make it easy for you to import it into our system.

Can I download reports and information on my patrons?
Yes. Vendini offers unrestricted access to patron data which may be exported in standard file formats for other software programs to use.

What is Vendini's privacy policy with regards to my patron data?
We believe that your patron data is the property of your organization. We do not share patron data with other organizations. In addition, we do not use this data for our own marketing efforts. Vendini does use cookies, but only for differentiating patrons while they make a purchase.

Our venue is reserved seating, what's the best way to get the seating information into Vendini?
We'll be happy to help. Once you've signed up with Vendini, you can email or FAX us a copy of your venue map and a member of our support staff will build the map and enter it into your account.

Does TicketAgent Box Office print to all thermal ticket printers?
Our system is designed to work with specific thermal printers from Boca Systems and Practical Automation. Compatible ticket stock may be ordered through Vendini.
